Praful is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, and has spent his career as a management executive with over 24 years of experience in planning and directing organizational, financial, business, and personnel policies and objectives to ensure continuous growth. Praful has a strong track record of success in attaining short and long term operational and financial goals with a wide degree of latitude and creativity. In the past Praful has  successfully established strategic alliances and offshore turnkey operations in domestic and international markets. He has an MBA from San Diego State University and a Masters degree in Science.

Mariko focuses on consumer-facing marketing programs, carrier marketing and training, and corporate visibility to maximize brand awareness. Mariko's past experience includes marketing positions at Forrester Research and account management at Marenghi PR. As founder and president of Moderati, Carolynne turned a small initial investment from Faith Inc. of Japan into a profitable U.S. subsidiary. She managed all aspects of US operations while serving as a key member of the global management team and drove sale of Moderati to Bellrock Media. Previously she held positions at listen.com, Visto and SkyTel. Carolynne earned a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
